Kenneth Jones

Ken Jones is a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in weight loss training, nutrition counseling and custom training routines.

He challenges and encourages his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercises and sound nutritional planning.

As your trainer, he will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL of your fitness goals. With your determination and his dedication, you can make anything happen.

Ken graduated from Texas Southern University (TSU) with a B.S. in Health Care Administration. He played Cornerback/Strong safety at TSU. He also had a career in the Southern Indoor Football League (SIFL).
