Ashlee Pistorius

Ashlee PistoriusAshlee graduated in August of 2008 from Texas A&M University with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business.

The Illinois native migrated south to Texas A&M on a soccer and basketball scholarship. In her freshman soccer campaign she led the Aggies in scoring with 19 goals. Deciding to focus on soccer the remainder of her college career, she led the Ags in scoring all four years. She led the NCAA in scoring her senior year with 25 goals. Ashlee helped the Aggies win four Big 12 Championships and two Big 12 Tournament Championships. She received numerous awards throughout her college career. She was Big 12 Rookie of the Year, First Team Freshman All-American, Big 12 First Team, Big 12 Tournament MVP in 2005, and Second and Third Team All American her junior and senior year. She was named 2007 Honda National Player of the Year, 2007 MAC Hermann Finalist (equivalent to the Heisman in football), and Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year in 2007. She was voted Offensive MVP by her teammates all four years. While Ashlee was at A&M, they were ranked as high as number two in the nation. One of the highlights in her career was scoring the game winning goal against the University of North Carolina her junior year. Ashlee is currently training to play in the Women's Professional Soccer League that plans to kick-off April 2009.

Ashlee has been involved with the U-19, U-21, and currently in the U-23 Youth National Team Pool. She has traveled internationally throughout Europe playing at different events with them. She has been a club team coach, personal trainer, and is currently training to play in the Women's Professional Soccer League that plans to kick-off April 2009.
