Speed, Agility and Strength training camp will develop your core and overall body strength.
Ages 8-14
Whatever your sport, one thing is guaranteed... the faster and more agile you are the better you will perform. In fact, the modern-day sports are all about speed - not just top speed - but acceleration, foot speed, reaction time, quickness and agility. We strive to make this happen by utilizing specific drills, plyometrics and proven running techniques.
