We understand that many athletes in high school, middle school, and college don't have the information they need to train properly. The desire is there, but trying to gather the information on your own is very confusing. That's where we can help.

BreakAway Speed's proprietary programs are dedicated to helping young athletes train properly and achieve maximum results. Our information is based on sound, scientific training principles that are used by professional strength and speed coaches at all levels of competition.

Specific Programs

BreakAway Speed offers the following programs designed to benefit football athletes.

Speed Training

Our training philosophy is for the maximum development of speed and power through the use of functional movements. We incorporate a wide variety of training through ground based, multi-joint strength and speed exercises, Olympic lifting techniques to develop strength and power, flexibility, balance, agility, injury prevention (post-injury rehab), and sport-specific training. Session Times: M, W, F: 4:30pm, 5:30pm T, Th: 4:30pm
