Softball
BreakAway Speed offers proper pitching mechanics, with hands-on teaching, including pickoffs and defensive work. Stretching techniques are taught throughout warm-up and after pitching for injury prevention.
Catchers will be given hands-on instruction of blocking, throwing, and receiving the ball.
In addition to the pitching and catching, instruction on hitting techniques is offered. We feature hands-on training on the techniques and fundamentals of the swing. Hitters will receive instruction on situational hitting as well as how to develop a two-strike approach.

Speed Training
Our training philosophy is for the maximum development of speed and power through the use of functional movements. We incorporate a wide variety of training through ground based, multi-joint strength and speed exercises, Olympic lifting techniques to develop strength and power, flexibility, balance, agility, injury prevention (post-injury rehab), and sport-specific training. Session Times: M, W, F: 4:30pm, 5:30pm T, Th: 4:30pm
