Kayin White, a former Division 1, FBS running back, was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He participated in sports such as soccer, football, basketball, baseball and track growing up. He attended Parkview Baptist High School in Baton Rouge, where he played running back and made two state championship appearances, winning one. Coming out of high school he clocked a 4.48 forty yard dash at 222 lbs.

He received multiple division one offers coming out of high school such as, Southern Miss. University, University of Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana State University, Army, Navy, etc. He attended ULM where he played three seasons (2017-2020) and graduated with a degree in Public Relations.  After graduating he received an offer to attend and play at LSU as a grad transfer for the 2021 football season.

His dad, Lyman White, also attended and played football at LSU where he was an All American line backer three years in a row. His dad went on to play 2 1/2 years with the Atlanta Falcons where his career was cut short due to severe injuries.

Kayin has played against multiple top 25 ranked football teams and performed very well. He was coached at ULM by former Baltimore Ravens running back, super bowl champ and pro bowler, Alan Ricard. Alan Ricard was in the NFL for nine years, playing for multiple teams but spent the majority of his career with the Ravens. Kayin began to notice his love for training other athletes during summer football camps at ULM where his running back coach would use him to demonstrate drills and coach the camp attendees on their techniques.

Kayin maintains a positive and fun way of training while still pushing all of his clients to get the most that he can out of them. He conducts classes, clinics, football speed/agility training and individual personal training when needed.
